From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed as a guest of the land.
Fresh offerings from the farm are prepared for your stay, reflecting our belief that true luxury begins with care, presence, and nourishment.
From our land to you (seasonal & when available):

• Seasonal fruit from New Hope, our sister farm
• House-made sourdough and baked goods

Stargate Farm is an 18-acre FarmLux oceanview estate with a beautifully designed Bali-inspired home at its heart. The property includes three private king suites: a primary suite with its own ensuite bath, and a separate two-bedroom suite that shares a well-appointed bathroom. Every bedroom offers ocean views and high-end finishes. The vaulted great room features an open kitchen, dining, and living area that brings guests together in light, space, and comfort.
Stargate is an all-organic orchard and a thoughtfully built off-grid home, engineered to provide full, reliable power and modern convenience while living in harmony with the land.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire main residence, including all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor lanais.
You’re also welcome to wander the future orchard and open fields below the home, enjoying the land at a gentle, mindful pace as it continues to grow and take shape.
The garage, farm shop building located behind the home, and select utility or service areas are private and not part of the guest accommodation.
Taron will welcome you upon arrival, provide a brief tour, and orient you to the space so you can settle in comfortably and feel at home.
We ask that all guests move through the property with care and appreciation for the land.

Stargate Farm is a peaceful, gated sanctuary set within a living, working landscape. While the main residence is fully private, refined, and designed for rest, the land itself continues to grow and evolve.
Taron lives on-site in a separate, private area and may be present during your stay as part of ongoing stewardship and farm operations. All guest spaces remain entirely your own, and your privacy is always respected.
From time to time, you may notice light farm activity on the property, such as orchard care or land tending. This work is part of the rhythm of the land and is carried out mindfully, with care for the quiet and integrity of the guest experience.
This is a no-animals property, allowing the space to remain harmonious for all guests and the land itself.
Guests are welcome to enjoy gentle walks through the future orchard and open fields below the home, moving slowly and with awareness. A farm shop building located uphill behind the residence is private and not accessible to guests.
Cell service in North Kohala can be limited in places, offering a natural invitation to unplug, while high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the farm.
