This beautifully remodeled villa feels like a two story home! Upstairs you will find a very spacious bedroom, bathroom, laundry and private lanai with stunning ocean views. On the main level is the kitchen, great room complete with new queen size pull out sofa with a full bathroom and dining room. Off the dining room is a large lanai with beautiful patio furniture to dine Alfresco and a private yard.

You will have access to the entire villa.

The Bay Villas is an exclusive ocean front gated community. This villa is one row back from the ocean with stunning ocean views! This villa feels like a townhome in that it is an end unit where you have both levels and a grassy yard with beautiful local flowers with a nice lanai for added privacy.

There is plenty of free parking at The Bay Villas. You can walk along the coastal trail to great restaurants or take the complimentary shuttle.

This villa has been completely remodeled with a fresh coat of paint. We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy. We don't allow smoking inside or outside the villa.

Please be sure to rise off with the water hose by the front door so you don't track sand into the villa. Rinse off beach chairs boogie boards and anything else that you bring inside. Sand is very difficult to remove and extends our cleaning time upon your departure. To avoid an additional cleaning fee please be sure to rinse off. Thank you in advance!

Please take out trash daily and don't leave any food or dirty dishes in the kitchen. Please clean the kitchen thoroughly and wipe down all countertops to avoid pests. Maui is a warm, humid climate year round and we don't want pests in the villa.

Trash bins are located close to the villa in a trash enclosure. You will find trash and recycling between buildings 19 & 20.

To access the Coastal Trail and the beach take the steps down at building 20. You will find a long set of stairs that take you down to the beach and the Coastal Trail. One direction along the trail takes you to The Ritz Carlton and if you go the other direction you will be at Kapalua Bay and The Montage. It's the most beautiful walk along the ocean!

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
