Perched on the 7th floor, this exquisitely decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury villa offers expansive indoor-outdoor living, breathtaking ocean and golf course views, and the kind of refined comfort that turns a Hawaiian vacation into an unforgettable experience.

PARKING
This villa includes 1 parking stall. PLEASE be aware that the Beach Villas doesn't allow any oversized vehicles that may possibly not fit in your assigned parking stall(s). Oversized vehicles are the 8+ passenger types that are either much longer than a standard vehicle or are over 6'6". Minivans, large SUVs like Suburbans and Tahoes do fit as long as they are not lifted but will be tight. There is no street parking nor any other parking lots in Ko Olina Resort. Additional stalls are available on a first come, first serve basis at the time of check in and will be charged a one-time $25 vehicle registration fee (subject to change anytime).

First time Hawaiian family vacation.

We had such a nice time at the beach villas. We had no idea what to expect but were so pleasantly surprised. It's a perfect size for a family and the property is incredibly well-maintained.

First off Sherry and Neal went above and beyond to accommodate us, and my husband forgot his backpack/work laptop and they went to the post office the same day and mailed it!! I am truly so appreciative for this. The property was great. Beds and linen were very comfortable. Only complaint about the interior would be master shower smelt very strong of mildew, the bathtub however was great. The dryer didn’t work well with even the smallest load. We opted to just wait on laundry until returning home. The pools/hot tub were spectacular and the grounds were very well kept. Enjoyed using the gym as well. Definitely a place we would return. 10 out of 10 for the check in process and especially to the property manager Sherry and Neal. Thank you!!

Perfect Place

We spent the Christmas holidays here with our daughter and teenage grandchildren. Plenty of room, excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and market. Beach is just steps away, beautiful pools and live the Tiki Hut for drinks. Sherry and Neil were very attentive to our needs. Would definitely return.

Excellent stay

Great stay at this property. Very responsive to small things and took care of small issues in a timely manner. Had toys for the kids to play with and more than enough beach items for the whole family. Would stay here again.

This property is exquisite and worked absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The entertainment area was spacious and accommodated us perfectly. The gym offered great equipment and was quite spacious If you enjoy a seaside morning or evening walk this location delivers, its beautiful. This location is awesome!

Perfect location!

Luxury villa in perfect location for memorable family vacation. Never a crowd on the resort beach, or pools. Far enough from the city to get away from the crowd yet close enough to drive in to Pearl Harbor and Waikiki Beach. Waterfront walk path to nearby resorts (whose beaches and pools were much busier and crowded) for shops, restaurants. Walked to Market area daily for island vintage coffee shop ,island foods, etc. Sunsets on the rocks watching the waves crash in ,quiet time on the lanai, swimming/snorkeling in lagoon and hiking were favorite activities for our group. We saw a lot on the island and agreed that we had chosen the perfect home base.

Wonderful property and great hosts!

Ko Olina Beach Villas are in a beautiful resort location. This condo was well-equipped with everything we could need. The hosts (Sherry and Neil) gave a wonderful welcome and great tour of the property and accommodations. They were very thoughtful in how they greeted our family. We would love to stay here again if we're back on Oahu. Mahalo!

Amazing Family Vacation

You won't go wrong if you rent this beautiful Villa. Our family enjoyed an amazing vacation in January. The location is perfect! Close to Costco and shopping, an easy drive to the North Shore and away from the craziness of Waikiki. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and clean. And stocked with all the necessities. The best part was the beautiful beach and pools. They are perfect for families with little children. We look forward to returning to KoOlina and would definitely stay in this beautiful Villa.

Great location, impeccable unit, nice facilities. Guest Services was always available and accomodating. Close to Ko Olina lagoons, Marriott and Disney Aulani resorts. We had infants in our group, and our special requests for them were met to our satisfaction.

A Dream Home in Paradise

We are very grateful to have this lovely villa as our vacation home for our family reunion. Professionally designed and thoughtfully furnished with more than what we needed for a family vacation. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. We went to museums, botanical gardens and the aquarium during the day, only to find out that the home that we returned at night is a living botanical guarden and aquarium. Plenty to do in the ocean, by the pool and at the bar. The lady bug golf corse is not to be missed. Outside Roy’s, while enjoying our happy hour drinks and snacks on the deck, we saw black swans swimming in the lake...Many thanks for the wonderful experience at this villa !!

Nice Condo, Beautiful View, Great Location

If you're looking for a wonderful retreat away from the hustle of Waikiki, this is the place. We had all the amenities we needed and great restaurants within walking distance. The sheltered lagoon was perfect for our grandchildren. The condo itself was well maintained and comfortable and the owner and property manager went out of their way to make the stay special including a birthday cake. Only thing that kept me from rating 5 stars... the condo is listed as accommodating 8 people, which we had. In fact, it is better suited to 6. There were 2 inflatible mattresses but there was very limited floor space for the mattresses. The condo is beautiful but feels a little crowded with unnecessary furniture/decor. Luckily, we spent most of our time outside and the only impact was bedtime. If we were returning with 6 people or less, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Truly a beautiful place.

This Villa was perfect for our family of 5!

The grounds were immaculate and the beach was never crowded. The Villa had everything we needed. The beach towels were great. Loved that it had a wagon to carry down the chairs and beach toys that came with the Villa. There are several restaurants and shops within an easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Sherry and Neil were perfect hosts, explaining everything we needed to know. Mahalo!

Beautiful home with a lot of amenities

We absolutely loved our time there. Eight adults and one toddler fit very comfortably. The access to the pool, proximity to a very well maintained beach, and the bar were a huge hit. There is a separate little pool area for children to play which was great for our lazy days of lounging. There is beach equipment provided as well, including snorkeling gear which saved us from having to rent any. We loved it!

Great Experience! Beautiful home!

The property is beautiful and a great place to stay. We had an amazing experience. The only bad I would say is that the pool closes at 9. We would get back from hiking and want to spend time in the pool and wouldn’t have much time. Other than that it was an amazing experience. We would stay there again.

Best family vacation ever!

Staying at Ko Olina Beach Villa Resort was an amazing experience. We were a multigenerational family and everyone was happy and active. Between the beautiful lagoon on the ocean to the kiddie sandy bottomed wading pool in the resort we all enjoyed time in the water. Daily walks along the mile plus walkway in front of the resorts made it so easy to get a little exercise plus find a cup of morning coffee or an evening date spot. We mad a few excursions out to do some tourist things but were always happy to come home to the 7th floor condo. The barbecues on site were always available for grilling and the kitchen amenities made eating in easy and fun. There were plenty of beach towels and toys! Thank you! With two master suites and twin beds in the third bedroom we were set for our week of fun in the sun and already planning on coming back.

Amazing!

Loved this condo and the location. The condo is beautiful and the Pools and lagoon are perfect. Check out the glow sup yog next door at lagoon 1 as well as snorkeling at electric beach. Hope I get the opportunity to stay here again.

Wonderful spot for family vacation.

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo was lovely. Lagoon and pools, hot tubs super. Amenities that were to be provided were tiny such as soap and shampoo. Glitch in checkout in that we had to leave two hours earlier than promised ( in writing) so our last day was shortened by manager. When questioned, condo manager and resort staff told us we needed lots of time for airport on Friday after Thanksgiving - not so - had hours to kill at airport. All in all a great, secluded spot away from hustle of Honolulu.

This property was new if not newly renovated and was very convenient - few min away from the beach. Amazing stay, very welcoming and very accommodating, and very clean! Everything we absolutely needed was included in the condo, they had makeup remover, beach equipment, etc. The facility itself was clean and beautiful. Jacuzzi was awesome. Also we really appreciate the late checkout and extra parking stall. Thank you again!
