This beautiful private, peaceful villa overlooks the gardens and lawn that lead to Lagoon 2. A highly desirable 2 bedroom villa, it has Hawaiian decor with a beautiful layout, including large dining and living areas. New luxury living room furnishings. Bedrooms and ensuite bath wings are on opposite sides of the main living area for max privacy. It boasts a well equipped kitchen with a huge center island, designed by Roy Yamaguchi. Located on the 2nd floor of the front (Beach Tower) building of the Ko Olina Beach Villas, this condo is steps away from the Pacific Ocean and walkway connecting all the ocean front properties within the Ko Olina Resort. Truly a one of a kind property, the Beach Villas are the newest and only beachfront condominiums available on the island in 25 years. Located just 20 minutes west of Honolulu airport and minutes from shopping in Kapolei, the Beach Villlas offer 5 Star world-class serenity and elegance without sacrificing convenience.

This villa has been beautifully upgraded and immaculately maintained and offers an expansive lanai with gorgeous ocean and beach/lagoon view, perfect for watching the evening sunset. This side of the building is very quiet.

This villa offers flat-screen tv’s (including ipod doc) and all beach supplies including beach towels and chairs. The gourmet kitchen, designed by master chef Roy Yamaguchi includes premium appliances by Wolf, Subzero and Fisher Paykel, and a Bosch washer & dryer are provided for your convenience. The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet and wall mounted flat screen tv. The master bath includes a double vanity, large shower and soaking tub. The guest room includes two twin beds and a full bath with soaking tub (the two beds can be arranged as a king if requested in advance). The living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa, and there is a child’s pack n’ play/portable crib available for use. Cable tv and high-speed internet included.

The property features lush landscaping with tranquil koi ponds, two pools (one a beautiful lap pool and the other a lagoon pool with a dedicated children’s sand pool), two jacuzzis and beachfront access to some of the most beautiful lagoons in the world. The property boasts Wolf outdoor grills and tables perfect for an evening of grilling and enjoying the world-class sunsets.

The resort is located just across from the Ko Olina golf course, an LPGA championship course designed by Ted Robinson.

Please request dates that leave at least 6 nights open between your requested dates and the next reservation, or that bump up to an adjoining reservation. This allows us to optimize access for the high demand for this villa, while also adhering to the 6 night minimum rental requirement at the resort.
