On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen invites you to make culinary discoveries while you admire the peaceful view of the Baltic Sea through the window. The bright, open-plan living area with tasteful furnishings, wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV is the central meeting point for family and friends.



On the terrace, you can enjoy the uninterrupted view of the water, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. For the perfect summer's day, the fenced plot stretches out in front of you with plenty of lawn for sunbathing.



The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, both with a directly adjoining shower room. This makes the holiday home not only suitable for families, but also the perfect holiday home for two couples. There is a further guest WC on the ground floor.
