„Für Gelsenkirchener Barock Liebhaber“

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Allerdings ist die Ferienwohnung aufgrund der sehr alten Möbel sehr muffig. In der Küche lag ein alter benutzter Schwamm zum abwaschen bereit. Ein no go vor allem in Corona Zeiten. Die Wäsche, die wir vorbestellt hatten, roch nicht frisch sondern muffig. Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses sowie der Bereich vor unserer Wohnung wird als Abstellplatz benutzt: es standen dort alte Möbel, Staubsauger und Putzzeug. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich hat man uns nicht gezeigt. Die Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder ist Rechts vom Haus. Allerdings muss man erstmal über volle Mülltüten und Unkraut steigen, bis man hinein kommt. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung nicht wohl gefühlt. Sie gehört renoviert und modernisiert.
