Directly on the Baltic Sea and the Weidefeld beach, just a few minutes' walk from the harbour and the popular Nordic mini golf course. COCO BEACH is a perfect starting point for activities in the immediate vicinity. Not forgetting the harbour promenade with its many tempting little shops.



The open-plan living/dining area, including the kitchenette, is modern, stylish and of a very high standard. A cosy snug area with a 65-inch TV, relaxing armchair and wood-burning stove tempts you to do nothing and relax. Just like a holiday should be. An Amazon Echo and a Sonos sound system are available for musical entertainment. Many of the high-quality lights in the apartment can be conveniently colour-adjusted or dimmed to suit the mood via the Philipps HUE system using a mobile phone app.

The elegant kitchen, equipped with every conceivable technical appliance, is not only an eye-catcher but also tempts you to cook. You can then eat your delicacies either at the dining table inside or on the neighbouring balcony. It's almost the same, because the view is always the same: the impressive backdrop of the Baltic Sea, which changes by the minute. A truly fascinating and long-lasting holiday experience.

COCO BEACH spoils its guests with three bedrooms - two of which have a direct sea view - all of which are equipped with a 55-inch TV. In two bedrooms, double box-spring beds invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. One bedroom has access to another small balcony with a fantastic sea view. The third bedroom offers two further sleeping options on a very comfortable sofa bed with box spring. You will also find a workstation in this room so that you are perfectly equipped for productive hours on holiday.

The shower room with its floor-level shower and everything else that is important, as well as the guest WC, prevent any congestion with six people.



Getting to the apartment is also very relaxed, as there is an underground car park and a bicycle parking space. And the lift ensures effortless luggage transport to this beautiful holiday apartment!
