Beautiful apartment in Olpenitz

The modern holiday apartment Mein Lieblingsplatz is just a few minutes' walk from the popular Weidefeld sandy beach and the Baltic Sea. The central location in the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz is perfect - the marina, the mini golf course and the harbour promenade with its growing range of activities are in the immediate vicinity.



The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, has a separate covered entrance and promises a lot: flooded with light, fresh and cosy, you will be welcomed here and can experience a wonderful holiday with up to four people and a dog.



You will immediately feel heavenly in the sky-blue interior. A cosy living area with a sofa and an armchair, a wood-burning stove and a TV, which flows into the well-equipped kitchen, forms the centre of Mein Lieblingsplatz. And when the sun is shining, open the doors to the adjoining terrace. The terrace, complete with garden furniture, also invites you to enjoy a cosy barbecue - the food tastes even better outside, as you can see the Baltic Sea glistening on the horizon from time to time.



Would you like some rest and relaxation after a successful day's holiday? The apartment has a bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a bedroom with two single box-spring beds. You can slumber and dream to your heart's content in the darkened rooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV.



As you can see, a feel-good programme is the order of the day. An infrared sauna and whirlpool bath with shower await you in the comfortable bathroom. Whether you use it after a long day at the beach or a bike ride on a rainy day, it's always a little dream away from everyday life. The underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides additional comfort.



Mein Lieblingsplatz also has two car parking spaces including a charging station for electric cars right next to the house and a lockable bicycle shed with a handcart for you to use. In addition, all windows have insect screens. Nothing is left to be desired.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
