Spend relaxing holidays in our beautiful house Rosenduft. The holiday home is located 100m from the loop and offers 80 square meters bright, modern furnished living area with Wi-Fi. These are divided on the ground floor in a spacious living and dining area with adjacent fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker. In addition, you will find the bedroom with two beds in the barrierearmen EC and directly adjacent a floor-level shower room / WC. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a guest toilet. The house Rosenduft is additionally equipped with a flat screen TV, a cozy, quiet terrace, with beach chair, lounger and barbecue. In our garden house, the bicycles can be accommodated. As a service, the beds are made, towels are ready. Linen sets, sauna, infrared cabin, license-free rowing and fishing boats are available on request for a surcharge. With our own bicycles you can explore the beautiful Schleiregion. We look forward to you.

Ferienhaus Lerchenweg 31 Rosenduft The cozy and child-friendly furnished holiday home is located 100m from the Schlei and offers 80 square meters of living space. These are divided on the ground floor in a living and dining area with adjoining fitted kitchen (fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle), a small bedroom with two beds, shower room / WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms with two beds each, a toilet and a balcony. The house is additionally equipped with a washing machine, satellite TV, cot, changing table and baby chair. The terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, the garden with swing and the in-house bicycles are available for free. For an additional charge: laundry sets will be provided on request. The bringing of pets is possible. The sauna and the solarium can be used in our house Espenisstraße 4, as well as a rowing / fishing boat with 5 hp engine by arrangement. For a rental period less than one week, a surcharge of 30,00 Euro will be charged. Bed linen and towels incl.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.

Der Hausschlüssel war bereits vorhanden, als wir ankamen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings ist das Wohnzimmer für 6 Personen zu klein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir sind nicht dahinter gekommen, wie der Kühlschrank eingestellt werden muss. Entweder ist alles gefroren oder er ist gar nicht kalt. Dadurch haben unsere Lebensmittel nicht gehalten. Wichtig ist anzumerken, dass das Haus weit draußen. Ohne Auto kommt man nicht nach Kappeln City oder zum nächsten Supermarkt. Taxis sind sehr schwer zu bekommen. Eine Waschmaschine war nicht im Haus, wie angegeben. Um das Boot zu benutzen, hätten wir ein Auto mit Anhängerkupplung gebraucht. Außerdem entsprachen die Fotos nicht der Realität, das Grundstück wirkt dort viel größer. Das Waschbecken im Obergeschoss ist winzig, um sich zu waschen.

Starke Beeiträcjtigung durch vorhandener Schimmelbildung

Hallo, leider war der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Rosenduft alles andere als erholsam. Im Hausflur hat es nach Schimmel gerochen. Tatsächlich ist in den unteren Zimmer ein Geruch gewesen der auf Schimmelsporen hinweist. D.h. die angegebene 6 Personen Unterkunft war nur von 4 Personen nutzbar. Außerdem war im Küchenbereich die Lampen defekt. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr beeinträchtigt gefühlt und hatten dadurch leider kein Erholungetgebnis. Wir bitten Sienutzbar

Sehr gute Lage an der Schlei und am Radwe; Lebensmittelladen und Kappeln per Rad gut . Ein sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus mit großer Terrasse.

Zauberhafter Rosenduft

Nordisch mega sympatisch, sowohl der Empfang als auch das wundervolle Ferienhaus. Kurz und bündig, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen erlebnisreichen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr heimelig gestaltet, es fehlt an nichts. Gute Betten, ebenerdige Dusche, gemütliches Wohnzimmer und super funktionale Küche. Top auch der Außenbereich.
