Amidst the enchanting scenery of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, this spacious maisonette flat extends over the 1st and 2nd floor and offers an incomparable retreat for your holiday. Welcome to your oasis of relaxation!



The Weidefeld sandy beach with kiosk, restaurant and beach chairs is within walking distance and is an attractive destination at any time of year. The maritime-style mini-golf course is also in the immediate vicinity and delights young and old alike. The marina and the harbour promenade with a supermarket and restaurant are also just a few minutes' walk away.



You enter MEERBLICK on the first floor. The three high-quality bedrooms are located on this level. In these maritime-style rooms, two comfortable double beds and two single beds are waiting to give you restful nights after an adventurous day on holiday. The spacious bathroom on this floor not only impresses with a refreshing shower, but also with an infrared sauna that promises relaxation and wellness.



The open-plan living area and a perfectly equipped kitchen await you on the second floor. The kitchen is the centrepiece for culinary delights and convivial cooking evenings. The large dining table easily seats 8 people. Adjacent to the dining area is the cosy living area with its inviting living area. The large sofa can easily be converted into a sleeping area for two people. Tasteful furnishings in a high-quality maritime style give MEERBLICK a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere.



There are a total of three smart TVs in the holiday apartment. Watch your favourite film on the couch next to the crackling fireplace or in two of the bedrooms. The view from the living room leads onto a spacious terrace from which you can overlook the beautiful Baltic Sea and the salt water meadows in front of it with their diverse flora and fauna. With a bit of luck, you will be able to witness nature and observe deer or hares in their natural habitat.



On this floor you will find a second bathroom with a bathtub, which rounds off the feel-good factor and ensures a relaxing stay at any time of year.

There is a private car park directly in front of the house. The entire holiday apartment is equipped with WiFi and underfloor heating.
