As it's a corner apartment on the second floor, you can fully enjoy the expansive view of the floating houses and the Schlei fjord.
For all sea lovers, this is a truly captivating experience!
Whether you're preparing food in the kitchen, enjoying a meal at the table, or relaxing on the comfortable sofa, the floor-to-ceiling windows always provide a breathtaking view of HAFEN & MEER.
Thanks to its prime location, the apartment features a bright bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a dryer.

In the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a TV.
