Lovely apartment in Olpenitz with sauna

The cosy holiday apartment Pierstern 53 is just a few minutes' walk from the popular Weidefeld sandy beach and the Baltic Sea. The central location in the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz is perfect - the marina, the mini golf course and the harbour promenade with its growing range of activities are in the immediate vicinity.



Pierstern 53 is at ground level and has two covered sun terraces. From there, you have direct access to the green area surrounding the house. Pure summer and coastal feeling is the order of the day here!

Designed in a maritime style, the combined open-plan living/dining area is flooded with light and cosy thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The spacious south-east-facing sun terrace is directly adjacent to the dining area. It promises sunshine from dawn to dusk and invites you to socialise outdoors with its garden furniture and barbecue.

On holiday there is time for creative cooking - the extensively equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious holiday meals can be conjured up here.

The two bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds and offer a beautiful harbour view. There is another TV in each bedroom for cosy TV evenings. There is plenty of storage space in the wardrobes.

The bathroom is a little wellness oasis! A whirlpool bath and an infrared sauna sweeten even those days when the weather isn't quite right and turns Nordic.

Thanks to underfloor heating and a fireplace, the apartment is ideal for any time of year. Whether with a book and wine, an exciting film or romantically in front of the crackling fire in the fireplace, this is where holidays begin!



There is a private car park and a bicycle shed in front of the house.
