The holiday apartment for 2 people is located directly on the harbour promenade of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz and offers everything you can imagine for a relaxing holiday by the water.



The promenade, with its small tempting shops and a well-stocked EDEKA supermarket with bakery, is literally at your feet and invites you to stroll and shop. The immediate proximity to the Baltic Sea beach offers a lovely break in a beach chair.



As soon as you enter the GOLDFISCH apartment, you immediately feel like you're on holiday. The view from the combined living-dining room with kitchenette falls directly over the balcony onto the boat harbour, where sailing boats, sports boats and yachts can be found. The view also sweeps over the floating houses, the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord to the Schleimünde lighthouse and then out to the Baltic Sea. Arriving couldn't be more beautiful!

Modern, high-quality and cosily furnished, guests feel at home from the very first moment and can let themselves go. A comfortable sofa invites you to relax and a well-equipped kitchen turns every meal into an experience.

The living area leads directly out onto the balcony. Here you can make yourself comfortable and watch the hustle and bustle on the promenade and in the harbour. The ideal place for cosy barbecues and watching the sunset.

In the bedroom, a double box-spring bed guarantees a restful night's sleep and a TV provides alternative entertainment.

The bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired and offers soothing refreshment with its floor-level shower.



A car parking space is available in front of the house.

A lift takes you comfortably to your holiday apartment on the first floor.
