The Happy Holidays holiday home is located right next to the beach and the Baltic Sea. The large Weidefelder sandy beach with restaurant, kiosk and beach chairs is just a few minutes' walk away. Whether sunbathing, playing, swimming or walking for miles, unforgettable holiday moments for the whole family are guaranteed. The harbour promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz also invites you to take a stroll with a growing range of offers, while the sailing and sports boat harbour provides a harbour cinema.



Two terraces facing east and south-west offer sun all day long and are equipped with a garden table and chairs as well as a beach chair and sun loungers. The green area around the house also invites you to linger. Underfloor heating, infrared cabin, bathtub and wood-burning stove provide comfort at any time of year and invite you to relax after a walk on the beach. Cosy barbecue evening or romantic sunset.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.



It gets romantic in front of the open fire on the cosy sofa. Indoor entertainment is also provided by WLAN and Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme.



Two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds and an additional flatscreen TV in each.



In addition to a bathtub, the bathroom also has a heated infrared cabin.



There is a car parking space and a bicycle shed in front of the house.



Our favourite place: step out of the house, greet the sea and head for the beach!



The Happy Holidays holiday home is a semi-detached house. A privacy screen on the terrace guarantees complete privacy.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
