The maritime mini-golf course is in the immediate vicinity and offers fun for the whole family.



With its floor-to-ceiling windows and large adjoining terrace, the open-plan living/dining area is the heart of the apartment. Come in and immediately feel at home. Relaxing on the cosy living area or watching TV is pure relaxation and recreation! BALTIC HOME makes everyday life seem more and more remote... And if the weather takes a turn for the Nordic side, the wood-burning stove with its crackling fire provides additional cosiness.



The integrated kitchen is perfectly equipped and cooking together is great fun. Enjoy the finished delicacies on the terrace or enjoy a cosy barbecue evening with the electric grill. This is pure holiday!



You can access the large south-facing terrace directly from the living area of the BALTIC HOME. The garden furniture at the rear invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.



A bedroom with a double box-spring bed is available for a good night's sleep. There is another sleeping area on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room (160cm x 200cm)

From the bedroom, you can access a second terrace in the holiday apartment. The terrace is perfect for letting your gaze wander over the harbour in the evening sun and simply enjoying yourself!



Away from family life in the living room, BALTIC HOME offers a workspace in the bedroom for those who want to work from home while on holiday. From here, you can let your gaze wander over the harbour or take a short break on the adjoining terrace.



The apartment is also barrier-free with a wheelchair-accessible shower room. The shower room is equipped with a floor-level wheelchair-accessible shower (150cm x 150cm) and an infrared sauna. This ensures unforgettable wellness moments that you can savour for a long time to come.



To provide all-round holiday comfort, you will find your own parking space in front of the holiday apartment.
