The open-plan, 125 m² maisonette penthouse apartment "Penthouse Sonnendeck 22" offers you exceptional relaxation.
Spread over two floors, in addition to a spacious living and dining area with an adjoining open-plan kitchen, there are two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, and two bathrooms.
On the fourth floor, there is another open-plan living area with access to the roof terrace. A third double bed is integrated into this area, providing an additional sleeping space.
The living area also features a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. A wood-burning stove is also located here for cozy evenings.
Flat-screen TVs in both living areas offer entertainment even on rainy days.
The high-quality, modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday life. In addition to a toaster and kettle, a filter coffee machine is also provided.
The spacious bathroom on the upper floor features a walk-in shower.

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und ein kleiner Hund im Penthouse Sonnendeck 22. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und verständlich. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Aufteilung und Ausstattung. Die Lage ist spitzenmäßig und der Ausblick wunderschön. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in einem schönen Penthouse

Wir waren einen Gruppe von 6 Personen und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen. 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, Küche, Ess-und Wohnbereiche im unteren Teil. Offener Schlaf-Wohnbereich und Bad im oberein Teil. Auf dem oberen Balkon ist auch eine Balkon-Sauna-Fass! Insgesamt sehr sauber, großzügig und modern eingerichtet! Empfehlen wir gerne weiter!
