The popular harbour promenade with various shops and restaurants, as well as the Weidefelder sandy beach are within walking distance and make the apartment the perfect starting point for excursions of all kinds.



The open-plan living/dining area with integrated, high-quality fitted kitchen makes the heart of every Baltic Sea lover beat faster. From here you have an unmistakable view of the water and, thanks to the south-west facing wrap-around terrace, which can be reached from every room, sun all day long.



There is also another highlight in the living area: when the sun goes down and the temperature cools, the wood-burning stove ensures that it stays warm and, above all, cosy. Choose between a crackling open fire or entertainment from the Smart TV with the option of using various streaming providers. Indoor entertainment is provided in any case.



The two bedrooms are also furnished to a high standard and modern. If the weather is too grey to look outside, Australian-themed furnishing accents will make you dream of summer, sun, beach and sea.



The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. An additional sleeping area is available on the sofa bed in the living room.

The shower room is adjacent to the bedrooms. In addition to all the useful features, the floor-level rain shower and your own infrared cabin ensure maximum holiday comfort.



A car parking space and a bicycle shed are available in the car park.



The apartment is easily accessible via the lift.
