Each level has its own private outdoor area offering unparalleled views of the water. From three terraces and a balcony, facing in all directions and also renovated during the refurbishment, you can experience the full beauty of nature. Imagine the sun rising in the east over the marina, giving you a golden start to the day. In the evening, you can enjoy the spectacular sunset over the Schlei fjord from the west-facing terrace.
The absolute highlight is the rooftop terrace with its lounge area, offering a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of the shimmering water – a truly heavenly place to unwind.
Inside the holiday home, pure luxury awaits: underfloor heating and a crackling fireplace ensure cozy warmth and comfort, no matter the season. After an eventful day, you can relax in the whirlpool tub or the private Finnish sauna – a perfect retreat for moments of pure wellness. An additional shower room is located on the second floor. There is also a convenient guest toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a spacious box-spring double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another with two box-spring single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be pushed together if needed. The third bedroom on the second floor also offers a comfortable box-spring double bed (180 x 200 cm) as well as an additional desk – ideal for those who want to get some work done while on vacation.
Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with modern smart TVs and practical mosquito nets. The bedrooms with double beds each have a large window front offering a breathtaking view of the water.
We've also thought of our younger guests: a travel cot, a highchair, a children's stool, and some indoor and outdoor games are available to make the stay enjoyable for the whole family.
The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area invites you to enjoy meals together and convivial evenings. From the stylishly furnished living room, you can access the terrace where the beach chair is located. Spend unforgettable evenings grilling or enjoy your breakfast here in the fresh Baltic Sea air.
You can conveniently park your car directly in front of the house. There is also a wallbox for charging electric cars. A lockable bike shed is available for your own bicycles or those rented from the tour guide.
