This spacious and light-flooded apartment is located on a narrow headland that extends into the Baltic Sea. When you arrive, you will find a private parking space and a lift in the house that will take you and your luggage effortlessly into the holiday apartment. Great emphasis was placed on quality and subtle colours when furnishing the apartment. You will find your holiday paradise in elegant grey and white, paired with natural tones, which can be found in the cosy sofa, the comfortable wicker armchairs, the dining table bench and the box-spring beds. A little New Hampshire in Olpenitz! There are two bedrooms, one with and one without a balcony. Both have double box-spring beds and are furnished in cottage style. LIVE LAUGH LOVE is not difficult here!



As there is a full bathroom with a bathtub and a guest bathroom with a shower, both in gleaming white, there is no need to worry about traffic jams in the morning, even if you are travelling with four people. And if you want to get a little more wet, there is a wellness area in the basement with a Finnish coin-operated sauna and whirlpool. Please note that this is a relaxation area with shared use. A coin-operated communal washing machine is also available there.



The spacious, open-plan living and dining area impresses not only with its perfectly equipped kitchen and tasteful furnishings, but especially with its adjoining balcony. From here you have a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the vast Baltic Sea. A holiday experience that will stay with you long afterwards.



And if the weather doesn't play ball, you can cosy up in the living room and watch TV for a change.
