The "Onkel Olli" holiday apartment is located in the newly built Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz. This luxurious, loft-style apartment offers 120 m² of living space for up to 6 people, promising a truly dreamy holiday on the Baltic Sea.
The open-plan living concept is particularly evident in the living/dining area with its open kitchen. Stylish colors such as blue-gray, lilac, and dusty rose have been used to bring the vibrant sunsets over the Baltic Sea sky and a maritime feel into the living space.
On cold days, the fireplace invites you to cozy up together and admire the breathtaking water view. From the living room, you also have access to the large, partially covered terrace with its stunning views. Here you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air or the beautiful sunsets from the comfort of a beach chair.
The open-plan kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped. The apartment has a total of three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a Milano Exklusiv box-spring double bed (160x200 cm) from Ruf. There is also a flat-screen TV and access to a smaller terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
The second bedroom also has a king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm). The third bedroom contains two single box-spring beds from the Casa Luna 5-Star model, which can be pushed together to form a double bed. This bedroom also includes a desk. The color scheme of blue-gray, lilac, and aubergine tones continues here as well.
There are also two modern and bright bathrooms. The bathroom on the first floor features a glass-enclosed infrared sauna for your relaxation and a shower. The bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub.
Pets are welcome at "Onkel Olli" upon request and for a fee. The apartment includes a parking space.

This apartment offers its guests a sauna, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
