Luxury apartment with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and Schleimünde, a wood-burning stove and a Finnish sauna for a maritime holiday of the extra class. Luxury apartment "Upper Deck" - let your mind wander and let your gaze wander over the water - that is pure vacation!
The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment house directly on the Baltic Sea.
The open kitchen with island is oriented towards the water, so that you can see the Baltic Sea while cooking. The high-quality kitchen with all the amenities you would expect from a modern kitchen: well-known appliance manufacturers, including complete crockery and kitchen utensils.

In the open living-dining room, the view is always directed to the Baltic Sea - the sailing boats, the seagulls and coots pass by the bank and reed grasses waving in the wind frame the nature reserve. In the living room you will find a 32 inch television, of course with satellite reception.

From the Finnish sauna in the fully equipped bathroom you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and - especially when the weather is clear - you can doze off the afternoon on our heated lounger while the view of the Baltic Sea falls. A second small bathroom with toilet completes the sanitary offer.
Another highlight is the large balcony, which is located directly on the banks of the Baltic Sea: fully equipped with lounge furniture for relaxing.
In the large master bedroom, the comfortable frame bed with orthopedic 7-zone mattress forms the focus and guarantees a restful sleep. In addition to sufficient storage space in the closet, you will find a cozy reading corner with a bookshelf so that you can retire to read in peace.
The second bedroom is designed for the needs of large and small children - cool in design with a surfboard under the covers and plenty of space to play and chill out. There is a TV in both bedrooms if the program tastes are apart.

A car parking space is located directly in front of the house, in which all floors are easily accessible via the elevator.
In the basement of the house there is a shared laundry room for the 3 AHRENBAY objects.
The floor plan is identical to the STAR BOARD apartment located on the ground floor.
The Upper Deck apartment is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be construction activities in the area. The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is created in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln, directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea.
On the more than 150 hectare area of the former naval base in Olpenitz, a new, unique holiday resort is being built, which impresses with its variety of holiday homes and properties close to the Baltic Sea.
The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is embedded in an incomparable nature and equipped with everything that makes your stay pleasant and varied all year round.
Our Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is constantly evolving and we are all excited to see it emerge until the planned completion in 2022.
On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old.
The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin.
The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing ships, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer.
The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing harbor is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from the Kappelner harbor to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

House Rules / Prices:
The prices are per object / night for an occupancy of 4 people.
A laundry package consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked for EUR 20.00 per person. Firewood is not available in this holiday home, you are welcome to purchase it from us on site for 10.00 euros / sack. The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the flat rate of 119.00 euros.
The deposit of 200.00 euros is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.

This apartment offers its guests a sauna, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
