The "White Beach Villas Port Olpenitz", practically surrounded by water from all sides, are located in a location that should not exist again in Germany on the Baltic Sea: From Schlei, the harbour basin and the Baltic Sea ...
The white light-flooded holiday home "STRAND HUS", built in the Scandinavian style and as a so-called "Vierling", is located at the end of the "Am Yachthafen" key road directly on the (private) beach. By its southeast orientation the house offers a really unbelievable view of the beach, the harbour entrance, the sailboats passing by as well as the Baltic Sea ... The (future) marina is planned directly next door, and some jetties with sailboats are already only 20 m away!
The "STRAND HUS" is called beach house, because it is really located directly (!) on the beach - it borders only 10 m from the terrace directly on the property!
And also the house itself can come up with superlatives - generous 93 square meter living space on 3 floors promise a nature near vacation in first water line: The approx. 28 square meter large living, dining and kitchen area and a guest toilet in the ground floor, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and the bath in the 1st upper floor as well as the studio with the large window surfaces in the 2nd upper floor offer together with the sleep couch in the living room comfortably place for up to 6 persons.
The built-in sauna with a view of the beach and the Baltic Sea on the 2nd floor, a bathtub with whirlpool funtion in the bathroom and the wood-burning stove in the studio provide additional holiday flair, especially out of season! Other special features such as the wooden terrace on the ground floor with a small part of its own garden, the balcony in the bedroom and especially the large roof terrace with fantastic panoramic views from the Kieler Förde to the Danish island of Ärö guarantee a certainly unforgettable Baltic holiday ...
Excursions and shopping possibilities, restaurants, shops etc. are best in Kappeln an der Schlei, 7 km away, the infrastructure in Port Olpenitz with marina, gastronomy etc. is not yet finished. However, an excellently equipped holiday home in a fascinating location at fair introductory prices awaits you here already ...
The marina, more shops, cafes and restaurants are due to open soon.
The public beach in Weidefeld is directly connected to the Port Olpenitz area in the south. It is 3 km long, free of visitor's tax and of good sand quality. There is also a small beach restaurant. Cyclists come to the beach free of charge, car drivers pay a comparatively low parking fee.
