In the centre of the famous Kaprun, within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and even the ski lift, you will find this beautiful and luxurious chalet consisting of several apartments. Thanks to the special location, you have a beautiful view over Kaprun and the surrounding mountains.The apartment where you live features high-quality furnishings and has 6 lavish bedrooms in addition to the stylish living room. 2 bedrooms are furnished as a walk-through bedroom and are ideal as a family room. Additionally, there are 3 luxurious bathrooms and you have a magnificent balcony.On the Kitzsteinhorn glacier (3203 m), you can ski just about all year round. When there's enough snow, you can descend right from the Maiskogel skiing area, which will be connected to the glacier as of 2020, to very close to the chalet. The ski bus stops nearby, as well. You certainly won't need a car on site.The owner has a tasteful restaurant on the top floor, where you can drink and eat very well.
