I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN EXPEDIA. THEY ARE LISTING THE PROPERTIES WITHOUT VERIFYING THE INFORMATION. IT IS NOT A HOTEL...IT IS A GUEST HOUSE. UPON ARRIVAL, THE receptionist refused TO CHECK US IN BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE MY CONFIRMATION INFORMATION. IT IS AN UNSAFE PLACE TO STAY. I FILED A COMPLAINT, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I HAVE BOOKED WITH EXPEDIA. BYE...
