Pool was good. Bathroom was very poor (no proper shower) with no hot water when I used it (was only for 1 night so may not be normal). Breakfast was all a bit strange with either/or options eg. Fruit juice or fruit salad. Rather disappointing to be honest, a bit like Candidasa as a place!

The resort is outdated. No access to the beach. The staff is friendly and nice. Towels were yellow and old. Pictures that were on website don’t match what’s in the room and around the hotel

Quiet and Beautiful

The hotel is beautiful and the staff amazing. They were incredibly friendly and quick to help make the stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. You don’t get an ocean view but is within walking distance to the beach.

High quality hotel

We only stayed two nights but room was massive a really clean, with great air con. Pool had plenty of sun loungers, free pool table and great restaurant breakfast with great variety on a tick list you do as you’re seated. Location is close to main Candidasa street with plenty of restaurants but not in walking distance of any beaches.

Wish I had stayed longer

Defiantly worth more then what you pay. The room was excellent, especially when compared to other hotels paying the same per room per night that friends were staying in. Clean, well lit, friendly staff and a cheap mini bar and a top notch pool. If I'm ever back in Candi dasa I'll be returning to Villarosaa.

Candidasa gateaway

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, just 5 mins walk from Main Street and restaurants. This is my second time at this hotel and would return again. I looked at other hotels in the area and I am pleased to say that is one of the best in Candidasa

Beautiful villa, a great stay

Beautiful hotel located on a side road in Candidasa close to the main road with restaurants and shops. Pool is very nice and room was spectacular. Very spacious, strong air conditioning and very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was tasty and made to order with many options. My two small gripes were that the wifi was not reliable at times and that the toilet was outside where it could get a bit warm with the humidity and required an additional door to go through (but private and very clean of course). Would recommend for anyone that wanted to do some scuba nearby at one of the dive shops.

Beautifully presented hotel.

We stayed in a poolside deluxe room which was very comfortable and clean the garden setting around the pool was very relaxing. This was a very intimate experience the staff were friendly and i would rate it as one of the best in the Candi Dasa area.

Light Bright Corner Room

We spent the month of February 2015 touring Bali and three days at Villarosa. Hotel is a short walk out of the town of Candidasa. Staff was superb and accomodations modern and clean. Suggest you bring a flashlight to walk to restaurants as the dirt road can be dark in sections. Highly recommend Vincent's to eat where there is live music. Chose Candidasa as it allowed us to visit East Bali sights: palace at Ujung, Tirta Gangga, and old town at Tenganan. There really isn't a nice swim beach in Candidasa proper, so hired a fellow for approx. $30 U.S. to take us snorkeling at small islands in area, Bloo Lagoon and white sand beach. He also became our driver. Incredible reef sea life well worth the trip. P.S. Bring a light if you want to read as Bali hotels have very poor bedside lighting. Also purchase a cheap cell phone ($20) with prepaid minutes so you can keep in touch.
