Das Objekt ist gut und liegt in einer super Umgebung. Zudem ist das Haus in einem guten Zustand, jeglich die Küche könnte ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Gefrierfach usw.)
