Apartment Typ 7 - Strandresidenz Karlshagen

The attractive holiday apartment consists of a bedroom and a living room with fireplace and balcony. From the bedroom you have a partial view of the Baltic Sea. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave with grill and baking function, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine. In the living room is a media center with satellite TV, radio and DVD player.  You can enjoy your meal either in the restaurant on the ground floor or on your private balcony. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, the sofa bed in the living room can be used for extra bed. The floor is equipped with underfloor heating and covered with design vinyl flooring or tiles.

The "Strandresidenz Karl Hagen" is only separated from the white sandy beach and the Baltic Sea by the dunes. It is located directly on the beach forecourt in the center of Karlshagen and at the entrance to the wide, white, sandy beach. The house was opened in July 2005. The apartments, mostly consisting of living room and bedroom, have the stylish character of the house appropriate equipment with high-quality furniture, comfortable beds, a state-of-the-art kitchenette and satellite TV with radio, DVD and CD. In addition, the house has Internet access via W-LAN for all guests (Telekom Hotspot). Due to the not yet sufficient bandwidth please use also the hotspot of the municipality Karlshagen! The majority of the apartments are equipped with a balcony and a fireplace and have a wonderful Baltic Sea view. In the basement is a bicycle storage room. Bicycles can be rented nearby. The final cleaning price includes the running costs (water, electricity, gas, heating), on request you can book bed linen and towels for 15 € / person / stay. Fresh rolls are available about 20 meters away at the bakery. This also offers complete breakfast sets from 3.75 € / person. In addition to the recreation offered by the beach and the apartments, there are extensive sports and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. So you can undertake not only boat and fishing trips in the fish-rich Greifswalder Bodden and the Peenestrom but also charter tours around Usedom and the adjacent islands. For sports enthusiasts, wakeboarding and windsurfing are an interesting alternative to tennis, beach volleyball and horseback riding. Last but not least, an extensive range of art, culture and music completes the active and relaxing holiday. Information is available in our guest folders in the apartments for you.
