Seems to be a “long term” stay place. The shared bathroom, shower, and kitchen was a bit uncomfortable, but manageable. Clean enough, but you’re really getting what you pay for here.

I made a reservation through expedia. I called the hostel to say O would be a late check-in. I was told no that would be impossible. It is ‘freirabend’ happy hour. So he would not let me in the hostel. Said No and hung up. I had to find another hotel. So i refuse or decline any charges. It was a pay the when you arrive. But i refuse sny fees. Due to poor service.

Sehr netter Empfang der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich Und eine sehr liebe Dame Pinto Die sehr freundlich und liebevoll ist Das Hostel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt Bettwäsche und Handtuch gratis das Bett ist gemacht man muss nicht selber beziehen Das Hostel liegt in der Stadt in der Kaiserpassage gute Anbindung zum Rewe und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 3 Minuten Fußweg Straßenbahn und S Bahn 1 Minute zur Haltestelle Ich kann das Hostel sehr empfehlen 👍 jederzeit wieder👍

Dreckig mit versperrten Notausgängen.

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Reinigung wird leider sehr vernachlässigt. Handtücher und WC papier muss erst gefunden werden. Pissoir ist dauerhaft abgesperrt und der Notaisgang ist mit Wäsche voll gestellt. Hostel antwortet nicht auf Nachrichten. Eine Ankunft nach 20:00 unmöglich. Die Lage ist ok. Eingang aber schwer zu finden

They didn’t allow me to check in past 8.30 even though I booked this property on wot if at 9.30pm. Something needs to change, it needs to be taken off wot if, If its not actually available to check in at the time you book it later at night! The receptionist was rude and unhelpful
