The Space:

This fully renovated Altbau apartment combines classic architecture with a modern living atmosphere.



Upon entering, you are welcomed by a bright hallway with high ceilings. From here, you can access the living room, bedroom, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, and a separate storage room.



The apartment offers:



• One bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm)

• Workspace in the bedroom with WiFi and LAN connection

• Electric external shutters for full blackout

• Living room with a large sofa bed for two additional guests

• Smart TV (personal streaming accounts can be used)

• Dining area for up to 4 guests in the kitchen

Start your day with fresh coffee at the dining table in the kitchen. After a long day, the spacious rain shower provides the perfect way to relax.



The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer combination, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, as well as dishes and cutlery for 4 guests. The washing machine is also integrated into the kitchen.

Karlsruhe city center can be reached quickly – both by car and by public transport.

High-quality bed linen, towels and bath mats are provided. A small starter selection of coffee and tea is available upon arrival.

City Tax (Accommodation Tax of the City of Karlsruhe)



The City of Karlsruhe charges a mandatory accommodation tax per overnight stay and per guest.



The tax amounts to:

• €4.00 per guest per night (01 January 2026 – 31 December 2027)

• €4.50 per guest per night (from 01 January 2028)



The City Tax is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.



The tax applies to both private and business stays.

Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are exempt.



As accommodation providers, we are legally required to collect this tax on behalf of the City of Karlsruhe.
