Villa Touch of Nature is set amidst the deep forest in a small Istrian village, a 10-minute drive to the medieval hilltop town Motovun and half an hour drive to the seaside and to the coastal town Porec.
Ideal for up 4 to 6 guests on a private vacation, this beautiful villa with a private garden and pool also welcomes pets. It is suitable for couples and for families with children. Moreover, it is possible to host and private event with up to 20 guests in summer guests. Thus, it is suitable for smaller weddings, private celebrations, anniversaries, and birthday parties.
The modern design of the interiors, well-tended outdoor areas, the use of natural materials and the spacious pool terrace bring up the blend of modern living and pure nature at the highest level.
The holiday villa is split into two wings connected with the atrium, which serves also as an entrance room. The residential area of the Villa Touch of Nature encompasses 125 square meters while the whole estate in total has 1.100 square meters. It is fully fenced so safety and privacy are ensured.
The main wing functions as a daily living zone. It has an open plan and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The large glass walls let the natural light in and offer mesmerizing views of the forest. The living room opens up to an outdoor lounge and the pool terrace.
The size of the pool is 36 square meters, with a length of 12 meters and a width of 3 meters, so it is convenient for swimming and refreshing. The pool heating is available, too. Outdoors you will also find a Jacuzzi. On the sundeck, you will find 6 sunbeds. Next, to the pool, there is a shaded outdoor dining table and an electric grill.
The second wing of the villa contains two bedrooms with king-size beds (>180cm wide). Each of them has the option of an extra bed and each of them has a private bathroom. The beds are super comfortable and the large floor-to-ceiling glass walls offer beautiful panoramic views of the forest. Each of the ensuite bathrooms comes with a walk-in shower. Besides those 2 bathrooms in this area, you will find here a guest toilet in the main wing.
The quiet surroundings of the small Istrian village allow you to revel in the serene moments with your dear ones. At the disposal at the villa, you will find 2 bicycles. You can hike or cycle on the nearby trails in the forest. The closest shop and bakery are 2 km away. The nearest bigger center is the city of Motovun that is 8 km away. This part of central Istria is famous for black and white truffles. The rich gastronomic offer focuses on delivering the best of the local organic products, and here you will find many good local eateries as well as fine dining restaurants. Staying in the heart of Istria has its charms all year round. Though, we recommend booking this beautiful Istrian villa for the spring or autumn break or for the summer vacation so you can enjoy the beautiful nature to the fullest. The nearest beach is only 23 km away.
Villa Touch of Nature is fully equipped. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven, juicer, blender, and coffee machine.
Smaller pets are allowed. The fee is 80 EUR per week per pet.
Next, free Wi-Fi is available indoors and outdoors. Private parking for 2 cars is secured on spot. At the disposal, you will also have here a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Smart TV with Netflix and satellite channels is available. For the younger children, there is a trampoline and the children’s playground on site.
