This hotel was perfect. Great location - feels nice and peaceful even though it is close to all the hustle and bustle. The room was a very good size and spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at this hotel was everything we could’ve asked for and more. The amenities are immaculate, the cafe has a delicious range of breakfast options, the location is ideal for beach days & shopping and perfectly far enough from the hustle bustle and lastly the staff were all incredible. We’d like to thank the hotel manager, restaurant managers, the lovely man working at the pool bar, the ladies at the front desk and also Coco for being so attentive, patient, extremely kind and welcoming. Can’t wait to book our next trip!

For the high price of the rooms, I expected more. Lounges near the pool covered in black mould, none of the classes they advertise were available (and no compensation offered), one of our rooms had a faulty fridge, leaking air con and showers switched between hot and cold. Hallways very noisy keeping us up at night. Buffet breakfast was cold and beaten eggs sat in an open air container each morning with pre-cooked eggs beside it Although the location is central, the beach is a 15 min walk as the resort between niranapa and the beach has walled off any access.

A lovely hotel

A really beautiful hotel, we were only here for two nights and were mostly out so we didn’t get to experience it too much but I would recommend if you’re staying in the area. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. Only downsides were the unexpected cash deposit on arrival (1,000 THB per night) and the fact that when we checked out early and left our luggage the staff said we couldn’t wait in the lobby which seemed a bit rude!

Modern and sleek in an ideal central Kata location

Excellent hotel. Great location and friendly staff. This is a pretty new hotel so a little bit of construction going on, nothing to impede your stay. The pool was inundated with influencers taking photos from morning til night which was frustrating, if you can ignore their lack of respect for anyone but themselves it’s won’t be an issue.
