Avli Luxury Villas is a collection of three villas located right in the center of Pigadia, Karpathos. These modern villas offer privacy, comfort, and convenience within walking distance of the harbor, beach, and local restaurants. Each villa is thoughtfully designed with a focus on a relaxed and refined lifestyle.



Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en-suite), and an open-plan living space with a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area connect seamlessly to a private outdoor terrace, where each villa features its own swimming pool, naturally cleaned with sea salt – completely free of chemicals, making it gentle on the body and safe for the environment. Sun loungers invite you to unwind, and a built-in BBQ grill makes outdoor cooking easy and enjoyable. The surrounding garden is planted with a mix of Mediterranean herbs for guest use.



Avli Luxury Villas is perfect for families or groups traveling together who want to stay close while still enjoying the privacy of separate spaces.



The Space:

Each villa sleeps up to six guests and includes two bedrooms with king beds that can be single beds as well, two bathrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed. One of the bathrooms is en-suite. The interior is bright and modern, with clean lines and functional design. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private pool, lounge chairs, shaded seating, and an outdoor dining area with a grill and pizza oven.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to their villa, including the pool, outdoor terrace, garden, and private parking. Each villa is independent and fully separated from the others.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Pigadia, the villas offer easy access to everything the town has to offer, while still being in a calm residential area. You’re just minutes from the sea, the harbor, local shops, and tavernas, making it easy to enjoy both the convenience of the town and the quiet comfort of your own villa.



Getting Around:

Most of Pigadia can be explored on foot from the villas. If you plan to explore other parts of Karpathos, we recommend renting a car. Each villa includes its own private parking space.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available before and during your stay for anything you might need.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
