The hotel overlooks a quiet running track and is very close to the bustling city center. The furnishings are somewhat dated, but everything is spotlessly clean and the beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses.

This hotel is easy walking distance to the main shops and transportation to Ani, as well as the Kars Castle and the train station. It also had surprisingly fast wifi, and a nice breakfast spread! The staff doesn't speak much (if any) English, and people were smoking in the main lobby (and rooms), but all in all I enjoyed my stay.

Horrible attempt at making a 4-star hotel with screechy furnitures, smell of cigarette smoke everywhere, absence of any ventilation etc. On a positive side, the parking has a padlock

The saying ‘you get what you pay for’ is true for this hotel. I never give negative feedback as I believe it can be very damaging to business. Let’s just say that it’s adequate. Just don’t look into the corners. Meh.

The personnel deserves a good rating

Overall the hotel was ok, it seems it was renovated not a long time ago. Location was not at city center but city center, train station and other parts of the city were reachable within 10-15 min of walking. The best thing about this hotel was the personnel, they were very helpful despite lack of English (arranged taxi to Ani, arranged laundry, gave information about other things, were very friendly at breakfast). The room was clean but the bathroom not. At the arrival the toilet was dirty from someone else... The breakfast was offering a decent variety.

Odaya ilk girdiğimizde klozet kirliydi. Tekli yatağın nevresimleri ve yastığı değiştirilmemişti kokuyordu. Resepsiyona söyledikten sonra temizlediler ve değiştirdiler. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und schön eingerichtet. Im Bad ist das Wasser von der Dusche übergelaufen. Leider sprechen wir kein Türkisch und das Management kein Englisch, so war die Verständigung etwas schwierig. Aber das Personal wsr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut. Preis Leidting sind in gutem Verhältnis. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig mit Käse und Honig aus der Region, sehr lecker.

Konumu ve vaad ettikleriyle Kars'taki en iyi fiyat performans oteli. Sessiz bir otel denilemez. Restoranın ilk katta olması sebebiyle gürültülü gelebiliyor. Ayrıca personel gün içerisinde temizlik yaptığı sırada sohbet sebebiyle çok gürültü yapabiliyor. Geceleri kapı kapama sesleri duvarlardan çok kolay geçiyor. Wi-fi çok iyi çalışıyor. Oda televizyonu yayını iyi. Oda ve otelin temizliği gayet ideal. Kahvaltı gayet bol seçenekli ancak dizilim daha mantıklı yapılabilir. Tatlılar ve tuzlular iç içe geçiyor. Daha yaratıcı ve misafire kolaylık sağlayacak bir sıralama yapılabilir. Her şey iç içe maalesef. Menemen ısıtılan küvette beklemediğinden soğuyor. Çay bardakları çok çabuk bitiyor. Sonuçta kimse plastikle içmek zorunda değil, camın keyfi başka. Cam çay bardağı temini daha iyi yapılabilir. Bir filtre kahve makinası alınıp kahvaltıya konulabilir. Herkes çay içmek zorunda değil keza. Kahveciler de var. Son olarak kahvaltıyla ilgilenen personel biraz fazla telaş yapabiliyor. Öyle olduğunda ne söylediği anlaşılmıyor ve sizi dinlemiyor. Böyle davrandığı için 9.38'de haşlanmış yumurta bitmiş dememize rağmen bize sormadan masamıza yumurta getirdi ve tabağı önümüze koymadı, adeta fırlattı. Tabağı normalce koymayı tercih de edebilirdi. Panik yüzünden edemedi.

Genel olarak hizmet kalitesi gayet tatmin edici ve temizlik, konfor gibi alanlarda ise ön plana çıktığını söylersem hakkını vermiş olurum. Her yaşam tarzına hitap eden bir konsept yapmışlar. Konum olarak gayet iyi bir yerde ve her şeye dilediğiniz zaman ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Çalışanlarının mütevazi olması tabi dikkat çekiciydi. Yemeklerini veya kahvaltısını deneme şansım olmadı işlerden dolayı maalesef ama aynı sonucu vereceğinden eminim. Her şey için teşekkür ederim, tekrardan görüşmek üzere.
