全てコロナ対応、2日滞在で部屋の掃除も何もない 館内は綺麗になっているが、大浴場のヒノキがぬるぬるで、滑った時ヒノキが爪に刺さった。 ベットのマットレスが硬過ぎて、最悪の寝心地だった。

残念なサービス

ホテルフロントスタッフの対応力があまり良く感じられません。 新人スタッフなのかわかりませんが 連泊にも関わらず名前も顔も覚えて頂くことが出来ず残念でした。 ホテル自体はとても綺麗で過ごしやすく感じましたが、サービスのレベルが評価ほど良いものではなかったのが残念です。 朝食を選ぶ際もホテルサイドの都合かわかりませんが、洋食和食の選択肢を勝手に選ばれた感があり個人的には和食がよかったのです。 またコロナの影響で様々なサービスが出来ない事は承知の上ですが、バーカウンターが使用出来るのか？伺った際にも、 申し訳なさを感じない説明の仕方と態度で コロナの影響で運営出来ないのがあたかも当たり前ですけど何か？と言っているような説明の仕方でした。 食事に関しては可もなく不可もなくと言った印象です。 一流のホテルを目指すのであれば もう少しホテルスタッフサイドの教育や サービスの姿勢、おもてなしの精神を 磨いてほしいです。 おそらく、こちらのホテルはもう 使うことは無いと思います。 駅から近い利便性を選ぶお客さんが 多いのかわかりませんが 少し天狗になっているような気もします。
