Bellevia Stone Pool Villa consists of a stone-built villa with two independent residences in Kouvelles, a small settlement, near the harbour of Nea Styra. Bellevia Stone Pool Villa is just a 7-minute drive from the ferry boat port of Nea Styra and less than 2 km away from the nearest beach.The residences are all situated in the north upper side of the plot, following the landscape’s morphology and giving the overall impression of a small settlement. The first residence is a 95sqm house with two en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an open space living and a dining room with a large comfortable corner couch ( 3m * 2,7m) offering a fireplace, a smart 65' TV and Wi-Fi service. The second residence of 40sqm acts as a guest house with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy your breakfast and romantic dinners at sunset at the wooden table on the stone terraces overlooking the pool or just spoil yourself sunbathing on the sun loungers.
