This is a great house in a remote quiet "village" area of the Evia island. The backyard/garden looks like paradise, and it had a gate to a beach that wasn't called private, but it was almost private considering only another 1-2 houses had access to it most of the time. While the beach 2 minutes away from us was crowded, we enjoyed this isolated beach a few times a day.The host was extremely responsive and helpful, even helping us arrange the taxi pick-up and drop off.CONS:The tap water is not drinkable, so you need to buy and bring water with you. We ended up loading a carry-on with 1.5 litre bottles and it was not convenient on the ferry. It's very isolated so if you're not looking for a peaceful lazy stay, this is not a good option.
