Both bedrooms and the open plan living room/kitchen area are airy and spacious and all three rooms have sliding glass doors out onto the large balcony. Including the on-suites the apartment is 89m² and the balcony adds another 17m².
We use the apartment in Spring and Autumn and take the opportunity to update and improve it every season so the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay and the living room and bedrooms are modern and tastefully decorated. Pool towels are provided.
Kömürlük is the jewel in the crown of Kalkan with beautiful villas and luxury apartments. It has the advantage of being only a 10-minute flat walk into the town centre which means it is in easy reach of the bars and restaurants in the old town whilst being in a quiet residential area. Taxis are cheap and plentiful if you are feeling lazy!
Palm Beach, Denizim and Zest Beach Clubs are a 5 minute walk away. (Allegra Seven guests will get a 10% discount when visiting Zest beach club).
There is a very large sea-view infinity pool shared with only 5 other apartments and the pool terrace area has sunbeds, parasols, a shaded seating area and a portable barbeque.
