Sabah uçağına istanbuldan binmek üzereydik kaş otelden aradılar rezervasyonumuzun iptal olduğunu 1 gecelik başka yerde kalmamız gerektiğini 2 gece misafir edeceklerini söylediler toplamda 3 gece için rezervasyonumuz vardı hatanın kendilerinin olduğunu söylediler tamm otele gelince hallederiz dedik annemle tatil yapıyordum merdiven çıkma sorunu var bizi vasat bir otele koydular bir gece için 3 katta bir oda verdiler seceneğimiz yoktu merkeze uzak otopark sorunu olan biryerdi annemle tatilimin bir gününü mahvettiler stres yaptılar beni çünkü hotel.com a parayı peşin ödedik, sonra ki 2 gece için vedikleri oda aşırı nemden duvarları dökülüyordu. Yani kaş otelden rezervasyon yapıp parayı peşin ödediyseniz garanti otelim var gözüyle bakmayın dışarda ya da iğrenç bir yerde kalabilirsiniz. Kaş otelde bizimle ilgilenen kadın gayet pişkin tavırlarla bu durumu benim büyüttümü söyledi. Hem bizi mağdur edip bu kadar rahat olmalarıda çok sinir bozucuydu.
