This contemporary and stylish 330m2 villa sits on the quiet and picturesque location of Kisla. Its luxuriously furnished and spacious interiors with floor to ceiling windows maximize the breathtaking panoramic views across the bay and distant islands.
The main floor provides living and dining areas with a modern open planned kitchen that can serve you to cater all your needs. Living room opens to a porch which is a great spot for al fresco dining and a pool terrace which is surrounded by various plants and colourful flowers including banana trees. Pool area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Swimming pool is 50m2.

First floor comprises of two large bedrooms, both ensuite and air-conditioned. The front master room is tastefully designed with an open-plan jacuzzi bath overlooking the sea, a king size bed, a large closet and a partially screened bathroom. Its huge balcony, which is decorated with a day bed and rattan chairs, allows you to enjoy the amazing bay view in your privacy. The back room is also very large and had a king size bed. It has not one, but two balconies which also have sea views.
Second floor has 3 rooms, one of which is master bedroom. It has the same properties that 1st floor master bedroom has except for a smaller balcony. Other two ensuite rooms have 2 twin beds each, which are attachable if needed. From their balconies it is possible to enjoy the sea view.
Roof terrace is a fantastic place especially for sundowners. With its stunning view of the bay, it is indeed the favorite spot of the owners.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be within walking distance of Kalkan Public Beach. You'll find features like an outdoor pool, a rooftop terrace, and a hot tub. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the villa.

Serene View

We had a great experience and we will come back again, the villa has a great panoramic view of the sea, town, and mountains. It's also a short distance from Kaputas beach. Hakan was very helpful and Mehmet would stop by every day to clean outside and to see if we needed anything. He also helped us schedule a boat ride with lunch included, and showed us where to get the best pastries. I highly recommend staying at this villa

Sunsets and Memories Above and Beyond Expectations

You need to add Kalkan to your list of must see locations! And be sure to connect with Hakan and his team to enjoy this amazing villa overlooking the Mediterranean. This VRBO property exceeded every expectation. After making a short-notice change of plans, we made our way to Antalya and on to Kalkan and the surrounding beaches and seaside towns for an amazing vacation. The sunsets were breathtaking looking out from 4 balcony floor views across the infinity pool. The spacious kitchen and living room was the perfect backdrop for big family style meals and the house was more than enough room for our group of 10. Plan ahead and don't be shy to make a trip during the winter months! We enjoyed our Christmas Holiday / New Year stay with 70 degree weather and daily swimming in the ocean and pool. We are already planning our next visit!

A perfect stay in Kalkan

This villa is located within a 5 minute taxi ride into Kalkan town centre (it is a very hilly area) with stunning uninterrupted views out to sea. Two of the 5 bedrooms have an absolute wow factor about them, with enormous balcony’s and comfortable seating to watch the sunset across the bay. The next largest room has 2 small balconies but no sea views. The last 2 remaining bedrooms are smaller but perfectly adequate with en-suites. Downstairs is just one huge open space with kitchen and a vast living area with comfortable settees. The lounge leads out onto a large outdoor living area and beautiful infinity pool / loungers. We were a group of 6 adults and couldn’t find fault with anything. Our special thanks goes to Hakan who helped with all of our arrangements making our holiday preparations smooth and seamless - including organising our extremely comfortable taxi transfers. Mehmet popped in daily to clean the pool and check that everything was to our liking. We definitely hope to return in the not too distant future.
