**The Space**
Set on its own private plot, the villa sits elevated above the sea with pine and olive trees on the hillsides behind. Mature gardens filled with trees and flowering plants roll gently toward the water's edge.

The centrepiece is a spectacular travertine terrace with a large kidney-shaped infinity pool and submerged seating — all enjoying stunning panoramic sea views. Sun loungers surround the pool for the perfect day in the sun.

Gates from the road open onto a sloping driveway leading to the main entrance. Built across two floors with a beautiful curved façade, every room captures perfect views over the sea and Kalkan Town.

The main entrance opens into a lobby with a guest WC, flowing into a vast open-plan living area with cool veined marble flooring. The spaces wrap around the villa's curve — a fully fitted modern kitchen at one end, a spacious dining area in the centre, and a comfortable lounge with large sofas at the other end.

Patio doors along the curved front open onto shaded terraces, flooding the interior with sea views and Mediterranean light.

Upstairs, three generous double bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms and private balconies with direct sea views.

**Guest Access**
Sliding doors span the full frontage, opening onto the terrace, garden and pool — all looking directly out to sea. A shaded pergola with Turkish cushions, chairs and a table is perfect for reading, pre-dinner drinks, or an afternoon nap.

Several beach clubs are just minutes away, offering sun loungers, snacks and drinks. Kalkan harbour and its pebbled beach are a short stroll across the bay. The turquoise cove at Kaputaş is 10 minutes by car; the 18 km sandy beach at Patara is 20 minutes away — with regular bus services to both.

**The Neighbourhood**
A quiet, beautiful setting with crystal-clear water moments from the villa. Breakfast spots, cafés and a grocery store are all within easy walking distance.

**Getting Around**
Kalkan village is just across the bay, with a boat running every 30 minutes.
