Luxury Villa with Pool Near the Beach in Kalkan, Antalya- Sleeps up to 15 Guests

‘Villa Grande Kalkan’ is a private and luxurious villa located in the Kalkan neighbourhood of Antalya’s Kaş district, perched on a hillside with stunning views of the turquoise sea.

The beach is just 200 metres away (a 4-minute walk), and the bazaar is 3 km away (about 30 minutes on foot). Taxis are available for both land and sea transport, offering a comfortable way to reach the bazaar.

You can swim in the wonderful turquoise waters right in front of the villa, with free access to the beach. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and other services are provided by beach clubs for a fee. These spots also offer food and drink service throughout the day, making it easy to enjoy long, relaxing hours by the water.


• Bedrooms:

Each of the seven bedrooms has its own private bathroom and balcony, offering a comfortable stay for up to 14 guests. A portable baby cradle (suitable for ages 1–3) is also available free of charge.

There are two spacious master bedrooms, located on both floors. Each is 22 m² and features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a vanity table, TV, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. All windows face the sea and open onto a balcony.

In addition, there are two large bedrooms with queen-size beds (150x200 cm), ideal for couples. These 18 m² rooms are also located on both floors and include a vanity table and air conditioning. If requested,a folding bed (90x200) can be added to these bedrooms.The windows overlook both the sea and the garden, and each room has two balconies, one of which is large.

Two more bedrooms are furnished with single beds (100x200 cm) and located on both floors. These 15 m² standard-size rooms also have private bathrooms. They can accommodate four guests either in separate beds or by joining them if preferred. Both rooms offer sea views and access to a balcony.

The seventh bedroom is located on the ground floor and overlooks the garden. At 12 m², it provides stair-free access, making it ideal for elderly family members. It includes a single bed (100x200 cm) and a fold-out bed (100x200 cm) for extra flexibility. This room is also suitable for child carers or support staff. It is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a small table, and an armchair. Some guests also choose to use it as a quiet study or reading room.

• Living and Dining Area:

Located on the ground floor, the living and dining area covers 40 m² and features a cozy sitting corner with a fireplace, and a round dining table for 10 people. With the addition of stools, seating can be expanded to accommodate up to 12 guests.

The living area is equipped with a 50" TV screen. Through the IP TV box, you can access channels from your home country. Streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and BluTV are also available free of charge.

• Kitchens:

On the ground floor, there is a large and bright open-plan main kitchen covering 13 m². It includes all the necessary cooking and serving equipment, along with porcelain and glassware for 18 people neatly arranged in the cupboards. The high counter with stools in front of the kitchen is perfect for quick snacks and drinks.

The main kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, cooker, water purifier (for drinking water), toaster, kettle, water heater, coffee machine, Italian moka pot for 6 people, and a milk frother.
In the attic, there is a small kitchenette that includes most of the same equipment. With a four-seater high table and rattan armchairs on the adjoining roof terrace, it’s an ideal spot to prepare snacks and drinks while enjoying the turquoise sea views and beautiful sunsets.

• Terraces:

Villa Grande Kalkan offers large terraces compared to most other villas. Around the pool, 12 guests can sunbathe at the same time on the sun loungers. The ground floor terrace areas are equipped with wooden and fabric pergolas, providing shade from the sun.

A handmade fountain, crafted by the villa’s owner, adds a relaxing sound of water during the hottest hours of the day. Different corners of the terrace offer comfort and shade throughout the day. You can also enjoy fitness, Pilates, table tennis, and darts on the spacious terrace.

The patio area is a cool and calm spot for conversations, surrounded by lush landscaping that brings you closer to nature. The kitchen-side terrace provides the perfect setting for afternoon tea.

You won’t forget the joy of long evening meals at the sea-facing terrace dining table, beautifully lit with party lights. A large barbecue is also available for your use.

With the portable Bluetooth speakers available in all terrace areas, you can enjoy your music wherever you like. You can also enhance your evenings with the projection cinema system for an outdoor movie experience.

• Pool:

The villa features a private pool measuring 4 x 8 meters, with a built-in seating area in the water. The outdoor shower next to the pool includes a sprinkler system for extra comfort.

Every morning, the pool water is checked by our attendant to ensure its quality and cleanliness throughout your stay.

While enjoying the pool, you’ll be surrounded by lush landscaping and beautiful views of the Kalkan coastline, making this area a central part of your villa experience.

The villa has a shaded, covered garage that fits one car. In addition, there is space for two more cars to park on the street just outside the garden wall.
