This is a stunning modern 3-storey architect designed villa which makes use of glass and chrome inside and out to maximise the magnificent views. The villa has a private infinity pool and is in a quiet location above Kalkan but a 15 minute downhill walk gets you to the bars and restaurants of the old town. A quick taxi ride gets you back home after a night out. The location is also convenient for the bus station if you like to venture out and about, and the weekly Thursday market Is just down the road.

The villa has floor to ceiling windows from the living area and bedrooms giving superb panoramic views over the islands and Kalkan Bay right down to the harbour. The view is magical at sunset and later with all the lights of Kalkan town. From the balconies and terrace you also have beautiful mountain views and even a peak over to the next bay along.

The outside space includes a small lush garden with automatic watering facilities keeping it green. The pool area is completely paved with travertine and this extends around the front and side of the villa where there is a shaded pergola area with large dining table and seating for 10 guests. In addition there is a shaded comfortable sitting area with a sofa and chairs and coffee table which can be used for more informal dining and drinks for the heat of the day.

The infinity pool is a good size to allow for serious swimming and is accessed by a chrome ladder. It is the same depth all through and is a comfortable standing height for adults. For early and late season the pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please ask for the price.

There are 10 woven wicker style sun loungers with large sun umbrellas providing shade. There is a shower next to the pool area.

Beneath the pool there is a games room with a pool table and a table tennis table for family days at the villa. There is a running machine and stepper for those wishing to use fitness equipment

The open plan living space is furnished with Italian design stylish comfortable sofas and occasional tables and has a large flat screen TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The dining area has a large table to seat 10 guests with comfortable leather dining chairs. The living space has remote controlled air-conditioning.

The kitchen is at an L shape from the dining / living area with a breakfast bar for 2 dividing it from the dining area. It is fitted with good quality stylish white cupboards and black marble work surfaces. The gas hob, oven and dish washer are integral. There is a large freestanding fridge freezer. There is an office-style bottled water dispenser. An electric kettle as well as a Turkish style tea-making kettle are provided. There is also a toasted sandwich-maker. Cooking pots and pans are provided.

All cutlery, crockery and glassware is provided even including porcelain tea pots for those wishing to maintain the English tradition. There is enough tableware for a banquet of quite a few courses.

The ground floor has a convenient under stairs bathroom with a toilet / washbasin in the hall way near the front door.

The upper floors are reached via a spiral staircase which has a chrome handrail. The villa has 3 large double ensuite bedrooms and 2 large ensuite twin bedrooms so is perfect for family groups or a group of friends. The air-conditioned bedrooms are located as follows:

On the 1st floor there is a double room with a modern comfortable faux leather king-sized bed, bedside cabinets / drawers, a dressing table and plenty of built-in wardrobe space. This room can easily accommodate a cot. The ensuite bathroom is finished in travertine with quality porcelain fittings and a walk in shower with raindrop shower head.
This room has a large balcony which is shared with the twin room opposite providing a relaxed outside seating area with a sofa, 2 chairs and coffee table perfect for enjoying an early evening drink.

The twin bedroom on this floor has good sized comfortable single beds and a similar bathroom to bedroom 1 finished in travertine with a walk in shower. Again there is ample built-in wardrobe space, bedside cabinets / drawers and a dressing table and seat.

The 2nd floor has one ensuite double bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed with faux leather headboard and base, a dressing table and plenty of storage space in modern built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is finished to the same standard as that on floor 1. The bedroom opens on to a French balcony to take advantage of the amazing views.

There is a twin ensuite bedroom on this floor with two good sized comfortable single beds. The facilities are very similar to the bedroom of this type on the first floor with built-in wardrobes a dressing table. The room has access to a French balcony.

The upper floor has 1 double bedroom with a comfortable king-sized faux leather bed. The dressing table / wardrobe area and private bathroom for this room is just across the landing. Access from this floor opens on to a large terrace which gives even more amazing views down to Kalkan town and the sea.

The laundry room on the upper floor has two washing machines to accommodate as much washing as you like for the whole family.

All bed linen is provided and there are towels for bathroom and pool use in each room. Each bedroom has remote controlled air-conditioning.

For complete peace of mind there is a lockable garden gate to the property and an intruder alarm.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly villa.
