The house has inspired by the Letoon Ancient City, Villa Rubick with its stone covered walls, columns and arches will create an amazing atmosphere during your visit. This ancient looking house will take your soul to the Lycian times and provide you an unforgettable vacation at the ancient Lycian shores. The doors are all automatic nestxyale products, you will access both indoors and outdoors with a given four digits code, there will be no forgetting keys. Once you enter the house you will be welcomed by a large courtyard with a pool area, tanning terrace, dining area, and two outdoor living area with fruit trees and greens. The pool has a large infinite view which's edge vanishes with the sea, creating incredible illusions. Our pool is chlorine-free salt water pool with water jets which will help you to relax while you enjoy the view. The pool has developed by many height levels, shallow parts which allow you to sit, lounge and even lie down, deeper parts (150cm) which allow you to swim freely. A large stairway goes through to the pool which also helps elders access convenience. Also, the pool covered with non-slippery material where your children can play without fear of slipping. You can use outdoor shower without entering the house. Near the pool, there is a tanning terrace with colourful cushions, you can either lie down here and enjoy the sun or you may stargaze at night with the calming sounds of water. Above the pool, there is our main dining area, under the shaders, there is a table for ten people which you can separate into two and locate as you wish. You can use both gas or charcoal grill for your dinners while enjoying the green garden. At the corner of the garden, there is an outdoor living area under the trees which provides natural shades to two extra large built-in sofas and colourful cushions. You can taste your afternoon coffee under these trees while listening to nature's sounds. Inside the house, there is a coat rack made by tree branches where you leave your hats and jackets. On your left, there will be stairs to the upper level and near the stairs, there is a storage room with a small refrigerator. Next door will lead you to the ground level bathroom which has a shower as well. The main kitchen is fully equipped for your needs during your stay from top to the bottom. There is also a service window which strengthens and eases the connection between the garden and the kitchen. If you are too tired to prepare dinner you can always order or explore Kalkan's best restaurants. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, which also contain one wardrobe, one make-up table and a luggage rack. At the upper-level first thing you will find is a large wardrobe which contains extra towels and bed sheets. Then you will proceed the second bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom. The door on your right will lead you to the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. This room also has a balcony with a stunning view over the stone arches. The bed located in front of a wall to wall window which invites all the scenery inside. You will definitely enjoy waking up to this. This room's make-up table larger than the other rooms to provide a working surface for your laptop. In the private bathroom, the shower is located in front of a scenery window, where you can both shower and enjoy the view. When you go back to the courtyard, there will be a staircase in a small room which leads you to the basement, this floor also has a separate entrance from the road. Inside the little room, there are two tree trunks which go through the wall. You can hold on to them and step down to the basement. Once you reach the basement you will find a corridor which illuminated from the floor, will lead you to the second indoor living area with a pool table. Behind the pool table, there is a secondary kitchen which is fully equipped to serve this part of the house. During your pool game, you may prepare yourself a fancy drink and you may use the refrigerator as a scoreboard which is designed for chalk use. The bar has designed for four people seating but there is a large "L" shaped sofa where you can sit and watch the game. At the garden entrance of the basement, there is also a tree branch which you can use as a coat rack. If you will move on to the bedroom corridors, the first thing you will find is the second washing machine opposite to the bathroom door. At the end of the corridor, there will be two adjacent bedrooms with queen size beds. All rooms and indoor living areas have air-conditioning. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, luggage racks, make-up tables and night lightings. Once you stay in this house it will become your regular summer house in Turkey. Enjoy your vacation.

Public transportations are available to the harbour of Kalkan and Kaş but you may prefer renting a car because of the flexibility of use. We also have a contracted airport transportation and private tour company who will assist anytime you need. Also, beach clubs have private free transportation from our location.
