Set in the hills of Kışla, Kalkan Villa Bank One is a superb choice for those wanting magnificent sea views.
This four-bedroom, modern build villa is furnished to a high standard throughout and offers open-plan living. Fitted with full-length glass windows and doors you'll be able to admire the breathtaking views from many points of the villa. Step into the spacious living area and be met by the bright living space comprised of a lounge, dining area and kitchen. The stylish furnishings offer a comfortable backdrop whether you're taking advantage of the Smart TV on a cosy night in or sitting down to a wonderful homecooked meal at the dining table. In the kitchen, you'll find modern appliances and ample space to ensure you have an easygoing self-catering experience. On the lower ground floor, there's a further lounge area with a TV as well as gym equipment and a sauna. You'll also find a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room on this level. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with air-conditioning and ensuite shower rooms as well as incredible views of the bay.
We adore this villa for its location, it's ideal for those wanting sea views and a short walk to reach the sea too. From this villa, you have shops, restaurants, bars and the beach all within a 700m walk.
Please note this property contains internal and external horizontal railings (ladder effect). Please ensure children do not climb and remain supervised at all times.
