Set aside from the bustle of life, yet still a few minutes drive from the Town Centre, Villa Bati Duo is one of two identical villas which enjoy a prime location in Kalkan’s Ortaalan. Overlooking the bay, this luxury triplex boasts a private pool and beautiful pool-terrace-cum-garden, tastefully designed with colorful flowerbeds, miniature pines and olive trees which extend to the back of the house.
Indoors, rooms are spacious and bright, with classy, modern décor. Large French windows on all floors, enjoy the sea vista and let in plenty of Mediterranean sunshine. Villa Bati2 is a lavish retreat with all the comforts of a home away from home.

• Large living and lounge area, opens onto to pool terrace
• Open plan kitchen with island unit is equipped with full oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer with coffeemaker and dishwasher
• Bathroom with WC
• Utility cupboard with washing machine; ironing board and iron; clothes airer
First floor:
• Double bedroom with King sized bed; en-suite bathroom with shower; balcony
