Villa Mermaid enjoys the advantages of close proximity to the local buzz, while sacrificing nothing on peace and unobstructed sea-views form its hillside perch. Getting to the old town and harbor involves a 5 minute walk, and the sea is a 2 minute meander down the hill.
The three bedroom villa enjoys a compact design with, bright, spot-lit interiors and a modern minimalist décor. The lounge area opens out onto a fantastic little pool terrace with private infinity pool which enjoys breath-taking views.

• Open-plan lounge and dining area with French windows which open out onto pool terrace
• Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with island unit, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine
