This new villa has been beautifully furnished and is well equipped for all your holiday needs featuring a modern kitchen, spacious lounge area with flat screen tv, dvd's, book library and wifi connection throughout. The spacious private pool terrace has 6 sun loungers, barbeque, lounging area and a dining area for the all important al fresco dining. The Kalamar Beach club is less than a 2 minute walk away and offers a restaurant, watersports and scuba diving. The old village of Kalkan is a 15 minute walk away and there is a frequent local bus service from Kalamar to Kalkan. On arrival at the villa we supply a complimentary welcome hamper and information file listing information about the villa and local area. A weekly deep clean, all linen and towels provided, including pool towels. We can help arrange airport transfers, boat trips, days out and scuba diving.

Relaxing break

We have just returned from the most relaxing stay at this beautiful property. It truly was a home from home, we had everything we could possibly need. The beds were really comfortable, the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. It was a 5 minute walk to the Kalamar Beach club where we spent most days. Vicki the host was brilliant, on hand to answer any questions and recommend boat trips and give advice. All in all we had the most perfect week in Villa Papatya and hope to return one day.

Super villa

Super villa in the quieter area of Kalkan, Kalamar Bay. The villa is well equipped and everything within the villa is in good working order. Modern decoration and furniture. Great communication with owner. Short walk to local shops and restaurants, and Kalkan centre is only a 20 minute walk. There is a local beach club within a 5 minute walk.

Amazing villa

Vicky and Altan the owners could not have done more to make our stay as wonderful as it was. Beautiful villa in a quiet area. Hilly but near the beach club. Highly recommend this little gem.

A dream come true

We spent a week at Villa Papatya and it was incredible. The pictures are accurate, the property was spotless and very comfortable. A short walk to Kalamar Beach Club, a bit far of a walk from Kalkan downtown, but just a short car ride. We especially loved having all meals outside and taking advantage of the pool. Would definitely recommend Villa Papatya and hope to stay here again!
