Love love LOVED this hotel! When coming from a long day it felt good laying in their comfy bed and on their comfy pillows for a good nights rest and the room always smelled sooo good! The staff was so adorable and helpful for all my needs! I would definitely book again when I’m back in Japan!!

Beautiful property off the beaten path away from touristy areas! The staff were so kind and sweet and accommodating! Stayed here with the intention to commute to Tokyo and surrounding areas. If you also plan to do the same without a car, I do not recommend. There is only 1 bus that stops near the hotel that is a 5 minute walk away. It takes 30 mins to the station and you will see the countryside, which was nice. This hotel seems to be more of a rest stop for road trip travelers. The hotel is next to a busy street and can hear the noise pollution and honks from the roads. There is a big mall next door and takes 8 minutes to get there. No tax free services there. Lots of vending machines on the first floor. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety.
