The Grande Chalkidiki Seaview Villa in Kriopigi Kassandra is an elegant two-level villa, 150m2 in a 1000m2 private plot with three unique and spacious bedrooms- two double and one quadruple with a double bed and a double sofa bed.
Large and bright living room with 65” Smart TV with access to private front courtyard with panoramic views of the area featuring an outdoor table tennis and table football.
Fully equipped kitchen with equipped with a ceramic hob, a NESPRESSO coffee machine, fitted electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, microwave oven, kitchen utensils (pots and pans), crockery (soup and dinner plates, coffee/tea cups and mugs, glasses, salad bowls) and cutlery, wine glasses, water glasses, etc. Big indoor dining area with seating for 8.

All three bedrooms have at least one queen or king sized bed with a 160x200 or 180×200 cm mattress, including bedding. One of the double bedrooms is located on the 1st floor surrounded by big windows offering views to the forest and
two of the bedrooms are located on the second floor- one double and one quadruple with two spacious balconies with furniture.

The villa has a hair dryer, bathroom towels and linen are provided. There are children's seats for the table available on request, depending on occupancy.
