Large patio doors lead out to a spacious veranda and a beautifully kept garden, where the private swimming pool (4.00 x 7.50 m) appears to extend toward the sea. The panoramic view from both the living area and the garden is breathtaking, stretching across the Aegean to the horizon and over the vibrant resort below.

The lower level (basement) features a double bedroom with access to a rear small atrium, a twin bedroom with built-in single beds opening to a second small attrium, and a shared shower room.
